Shalini Chouhan

FOUNDER & CEO

Shalini is a civil rights lawyer and women’s advocate. She has first-hand knowledge of the struggles female entrepreneurs face as they confront the challenges of doing business in modern India, while struggling within the confines of an ancient culture that still exhibits some bias towards women.

She has now dedicated her life to empowering women and in assisting them in leading India’s charge as a technological powerhouse in to the 21st Century.

Shalini is a writer and speaker on women’s issues, and holds a BA, LLB, MA and an LLM, and is currently completing a master’s Degree in Philosophy. She is a shining example of a true Virangana woman.


Anmol Saini

Chairperson

Anmol Saini was awarded the UN Women National Committee Australia MBA Scholarship via the University of Sydney in 2015 for her work and commitment to women in leadership. Born in India, Anmol attributes her determination to her parents, who migrated to Australia in their early 30s to provide their daughters with a better quality of life. Abundantly aware that equal opportunities are not afforded to many girls and women in developing countries like India, Anmol's background is the driving force for her interest in international relations and achieving gender equality globally.

Anmol holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Sydney, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a professional member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.


Carine Khoury

Director

Carine has extensive experience in senior financial, management and business development roles across the telecommunications, real estate and health sectors in Australia, Europe and in the Middle East. Her fluency in 4 languages reflects her strengths and her adaptability to deal with cross border transactions. Carine brings a fresh perspective to any situation with her broad range of skills and solid academic background.

She has been involved in all aspects of business including finance and accounting, business and strategic development, marketing, HR, compliance and IT.

Carine holds a Bachelor of Engineering (suma cum laude) in telecommunications from Notre Dame University and a Master of Science in Management (Corporate Finance, Accounting and Management) from HEC, France.


ShanShan Wang

Head of design innovation

ShanShan is a Design Entrepreneur. She has won over 5 international design and innovation awards and has been named as one of Australia’s youngest innovators and the next generation of disruptive business leaders including Business Insider, AMP Amplify, Sydney Morning Herald and most recently Australia’s Women’s Weekly- Women of the Future.

She focuses on the delivery appropriate, actionable, and tangible ideas to commercial viable products. Resulting to IP liberations, new, innovative avenues that are grounded in business viability and market desirability. 

ShanShan has a Bachelor of Industrial Design, Honours 1st class from the University of New South Wales.


Daniel Fah

DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN

Daniel is a highly regarded specialist in the field of business growth, restructure, and company turnarounds, with many high-profile, big brand businesses to his credit.

Daniel has extensive experience having held senior positions with large international companies, private equity firms and successful start-ups in a variety of industries throughout Australia, the USA, the UK and New Zealand

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Studies degree (BBS), with endorsements in Accountancy, and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand (CA).


Tony McAuslan

Director of Communications

Tony is an internationally recognised Digital Content & Communications Specialist with an extensive career at senior management level, with a variety of Fortune 500 companies, Start-Ups, and listed company Boards. He has been an Advisor to some of the world’s largest Venture Capital firms in both the USA and Europe, as well as being Founder and CEO of several of his own successful Start-Ups. He is a Board Advisor and Mentor to a number of start-ups, as well as being a Mentor for the University of Wollongong’s Centre for Innovation. He is also a writer and speaker specialising in the Digital Economy and is a regular contributor to Internet Marketing Magazine.
